Ingredients (1 1/2 cup)
1 cup Buttermilk
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
2 Garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Pepper coarsely ground
1/2 cup Parmigiano Reggiano (grated)
1 tbsp. Fresh Herbs (chopped)
Directions
  1. Combine the buttermilk, mayonnaise and lemon juice and whisk together until smooth. Add all other ingredients. Refrigerate for at least an hour to develop the flavors.
